End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the internal QuickBooks Online and FileMaker integration developed for Total Roof Services, Corp ("Company"). By using this application, the user agrees to the terms below.

License Grant

The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use this application solely for internal business purposes.

Internal Use Only

This application is intended only for the internal use of Total Roof Services, Corp and its authorized personnel, contractors, and service providers. It is not licensed for public distribution, resale, or third-party use without written authorization.

Restrictions

Users may not:

• copy, sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the application externally,
• attempt to interfere with, bypass, or misuse security or access controls,
• use the application for unlawful, unauthorized, or non-business purposes.

Data and Service Dependencies

This application may depend on QuickBooks Online, FileMaker, hosting providers, and related systems. Availability and functionality may be affected by those services.

No Warranty

This application is provided "as is" for internal business use without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as may be required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Roof Services, Corp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to this application at any time for operational, security, or administrative reasons.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
