TRS does not collect sensitive personal information through SMS.

  • Operational and service-related recordkeeping

We do not use SMS complaint information for marketing unless you have separately opted in.

TRS does not sell, share, trade, or transfer your SMS information to any third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Your information may be processed by RingCentral or other service providers solely to deliver and manage SMS communications on our behalf.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

  • "STOP" – to cancel SMS communications
  • "HELP" – to receive support information

Once you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages regarding your complaint unless you initiate new communication.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect SMS data. However, no method of communication is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Data Retention

We retain SMS complaint information only for as long as necessary to resolve your issue and meet legal or carrier-required retention guidelines. Afterward, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Your SMS information may be processed by RingCentral or other messaging vendors only to enable message delivery. They are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
